No Refund Policy
Welcome to Healthy Diet Studio. We are dedicated to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals through our programs. Before you proceed with any payment, please read and understand our No Refund Policy outlined below.
Initiation Period:
The program must be initiated within one week following the complete payment. Failure to do so may result in a forfeiture of the program.
Refund Restrictions:
No complete or partial refunds will be issued for payments made, regardless of the reason. We stand by our commitment to providing valuable services, and as such, once the payment is made, it is non-refundable.
Client Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for regularly updating and sharing daily meal pictures through WhatsApp. This commitment is crucial for the success of the program and achieving your health goals.
No Excuses Accepted:
No excuses will be accepted for failing to update the meal records. Consistent communication and adherence to the program guidelines are essential for achieving optimal results.
The results are a combination of diet, physical activity, quality sleep, and a positive attitude. Individual outcomes may vary, influenced by medical conditions.
Weekends & Holidays:
Please note that we will not work on weekends and holidays. Any requests, updates, or program-related activities falling on these days will be addressed on the next business day.
Break Policy
The one-month package does not include a break period. For the three-month package, there is a break period of 30 days at a stretch, and for the six-month package, the break period is 60 days at a stretch.
